Connection•Point
This past Monday night, Larry taught a class on how to take your Bible and share the "Gospel" with friends and loved ones. As soon as class was over, one of the ladies and her daughter went straight to the hospital to share the gospel with a friend that is terminally ill - that person and two of their family members prayed to receive Christ. From there she went to talk with her mom and some other relatives - two of which prayed to receive Christ.
This lady is a social worker for the governmental hospital here in Merida. The next day at work she was showing a video to a "support group" and at one point the video talked about the necessity of forgiving others. She said that she felt the Lord nudge her and so she thought to herself "Well, its now or never". She turned off the video and shared the gospel with the 17 people in the class. WOW - she presented the gospel to 22 people in less than 24 hours after taking the class. Her 10-year-old-son also has a great zeal for the Lord. He took a stack of tracts and went all throughout their neighborhood over the weekend, putting a tract in each door! Isn`t God good! Larry Allred, Mexico
