The Plan
Stabilize - Due to the overwhelming need in Haiti and the amazing desire of people in our Fellowship churches we have set up a plan with our missionaries to help be the most effective in our assistance. Right now, we are in the Stabilizing Phase providing initial assistance of daily needs to help people get back on their feet with their families.
Assess - The Assessment phase is vital to making sure the Rebuilding Phase is successful. Our missionaries on the ground know the territory, the people, and the churches. They will be looking at churches and national pastor's homes to assess how to best help them reach their community.
Rebuild - By this summer we will be able to go into Haiti with teams to help rebuild these homes and churches which will enable the church leaders in Haiti to more effectively assist and meet the needs of their people. Materials will be purchased and obtained in Haiti and the building teams will help build the buildings.
How Can You Help?
Right Now - Immediate help can come from your giving. Funds received through the Mission Office designated for Haitian Relief will have a portion (as the missionaries request it) go toward the immediate relief needs with a portion being retained in holding for the rebuilding efforts. 100 percent of all funds received through the Mission Office will go to the missionaries on the ground to help the needs in Haiti.
