Many of you may have already noticed that the Mission Office website has a whole new look. If not, we’d like to invite you to visit www.bbfimissions.com. The purpose of this post is to communicate a few things about some changes in our website as well as some new features. The first thing you need to know is that this website is the ONLY Mission Office site you’ll be using from now on. In other words, we have combined www.bbfimissions.com with www.missionoffice.org. I hope you’ll take a few minutes to read through the list below and then browse through the website to familiarize yourself with what is available. I’ve tried to anticipate many of the questions you might have, but feel free to contact me at any time with anything I may have failed to address. We are very excited about this new site and the features it has to offer. There are still a few things under construction, so please be patient as we work on getting all aspects of the website operating effectively.

• Even though there is an option on this site to register, there is no need for you to register. The registration is for administrative purposes or use of the online store .
  
• When you book mark or save this site to your favorites, please use the home page instead of the Crystal/Online Services page. We will be using the home page to post important announcements.
  
• On the Menu Bar (located on the left of your screen) under Quick Links you will notice a link called Missionary Lookup. We’re very excited to announce that the data found on this portion of the website is live. In other words, it is populated directly from the information on our database. As soon as we update an address, phone number, etc. on our database, the change is reflected here. Please let us know if we ever need to make any changes by contacting our receptionist Dana at dana@bbfimissions.com.
  
• On the Menu Bar under Make Connections (located on the left of your screen) you will notice the link Missionaries. This portion of the website essentially replaces the information you would have found on www.missionoffice.org. As soon as you click on Missionaries, the information that is displayed in the main window will be the current issue of the Missionary Connection (formerly known as the Missionary Update) along with some other helpful information.
  
• You will also see a sub-list on the Menu Bar under Missionaries (Missionary Lookup, Online Services, Online Banking, etc.) If you follow the Online Services link, you will be prompted for your crystal username and password in order to log in to our server to look up your personal/financial information. (Note: this is not the logon at the top of the webpage) There have been no changes to the criteria required for your username and password. This is the same username/password you used to access your information on the old website. The username is your missionary number and password is the same as before.  If you are using this feature for the first time and do not know how to log in, please contact me. Please remember that we still have a limited number of licenses for this portion of the website, so it is very important that you click EXIT when you are finished looking up information.
