Sunday we had a return visitor in Dunakeszi. A woman named Gabrielle, we call her Gabi, returned for a second time. Gabi had come several weeks earlier. She expressed her interest in salvation but insisted she had to leave because she had guests coming that afternoon. She did not return and we were very concerned and have prayed for her these last four weeks. Every Sunday morning someone said, “I hope Gabi comes back today.” This Sunday she did return. She came in the middle of my message. I noticed my wife looking out through the glass doors and then she got my attention. Lynne said, “I hate to bother you but that’s Gabi out there.” Gabi was looking in probably wondering if she should enter while the service was going on. Of course I stopped long enough to get her to come in. Once again the timing was perfect. I had just begun preaching on the redemption of Christ. At the end of the service, Gabi also received Christ as her Savior and has surrendered to be baptized. I am scheduled to meet with three other people about baptism in a couple of weeks; they just left for vacation but want to speak with me when they return. We pray we’ll soon have four to be baptized. We don’t have a baptismal yet, but we’re going to do our best to find one this week, or a reasonable alternative.
