When I moved here eight years ago I met a widow named Dona Maria. Since then I have seen her often as she is a cousin of one of the Christian ladies who attend my Bible class. Her heart seemed very hard to the Gospel. As time passed and her health started to diminish her heart started to soften. She became receptive to the Word of God but still rejected Jesus Christ. Finally, she made the decision to receive Christ. She is in her late 70’s and almost blind. But now she is no longer in spiritual darkness and she wants to learn more.
