The past two months have been both exciting and strenuous here in North Berwick, Scotland.  We have been praying for the salvation of two girls who had been coming to the Friday Bible Club and the Teen Worship—Rachael and Linzi.  Well, after fourteen months of teaching and sowing seeds and letting the Holy Spirit do the work we can now report that both girls are on their way to heaven because they now have a personal relationship with the Lord!

Linzi and Vala were talking on instant messenger one evening when Linzi told Vala she had prayed to accept Jesus as her Savior one evening after Friday Bible Club.  She said she went into her room and said a prayer to ask Christ to forgive her of her sins and come into her heart.  “I might have messed some of the words up though,” she said.  So Vala told her it’s what she meant in her heart that mattered, not how pretty the words were that came out.  After speaking with Linzi, Vala had determined that if the Lord gave her the opportunity to speak with Rachael, she would ask her if she wanted to have a relationship with Christ.  After the last Friday Bible Club of the term, Vala asked Rachael if she had ever asked Christ into her heart.  With tears rolling down her cheeks she said she hadn’t, but she would really like to.  Vala was able to take the Bible and show Rachael how all the verses she had memorized for Friday Bible Club fit together to show her how to have a relationship with Christ.  It is so exciting to finally be able to see the fruit of fourteen months work!
