The Tank is Empty
The Tank is Empty

The funniest thing happened the other day.  I was driving our church van north to pick up pastor Alfonso to go to San Isidro for our Bible study.  On the way I stopped at the Texaco station for diesel fuel.  I knew I needed diesel or I wouldn’t be able to reach home after services.  So as the man was filling up the tank he stopped and gave me a funny look.  Then I heard a strange noise coming out of the hose.  At that time he just looked at me and said it’s finished.  I couldn’t believe it but the gas station was out of fuel!!!  My tank was partially full but theirs was empty.  I just stood there a moment and pondered the thought; what if I had been five minutes late and the man in front of me filled his tank with my fuel?  God is good all the time!
