Antonio started coming to the church after VBS last summer.  You can tell just by his expressions that there is something special about him.  On many Sunday mornings this past summer, we would arrive at church to find that he was already there waiting for us.  He had started to grow and we were just getting to know him better when he stopped coming.

I went to his home to find out what had happened.  I found out that the religion teacher from his school had given him a failing grade.  When his parents went to find out what had happened, the religion teacher told them that if he did not stop going to the Baptist Church he would receive a failing grade for the year.  The parents, not being believers, cowered to the demand of the teacher and will not let him come to church.  We have been to his house several times, but it is obvious that his parents are upset with us.  Pray for Antonio that he will soon be able to attend church and win his family to the Lord.
