O' Lord We Thank You
O' Lord We Thank You

O’ LORD WE THANK YOU

O’ Lord we thank you
For blessings, great and small
Thank you for the food we eat,
And for the beds in which we sleep.
Thank you for friends, both big and small,
And for our family, most of all.

O’ Lord we thank you
For being always there,
When trouble and trials are everywhere.
You calm our fears, and dry our tears.
You hold our hand, and never leave us
To walk alone in a dry, and desolate land.

O’ Lord, we thank you
For trials, and tears
And even for our foolish fears.
These are the things that make us know
We need your help, your love and care
Day by day, throughout the year.

O’ Lord, we thank you
For all of these things.
We need your care, whatever we do,
So thank you Lord
That you make each day new,
Another day in which to worship you.
