Typically, anything that has to do with government just takes time. This has been the case in our application process for running a Christian school at the church.  Today, as I made another appearance at the office concerned, the gentleman in charge grabbed his colleague, and off we went to the school site.  After a short tour, and some much appreciated advice from them, we returned to their office.  As I was dropping him and his colleague off at the main entrance of the municipal buildings, he said, "Come by tomorrow for your signed copies of the applications."  That means our application will be approved by his signature.  Glory!  Answered prayer is such a blessing!  As well as the man being compliant, he was also very kind...official...but kind and encouraging.
