We Are Here!
We Are Here!

In the Dr. Seuss classic, “Horton Hears A Who,” the whole town of Whosville comes together to announce, “WE ARE HERE!”  To teach that no one is insignificant, it was only when everyone got involved that the big world around them begin to notice.

In like effort, the tiny handful at our Navajo Bible study is joining us to announce to 40,000  Navajo, that are scattered within a city of 3.2 million, that we are starting a Navajo Baptist Church.  Since our last letter, we have been averaging 10-15 in attendance at our meetings.  Further, we have had around 30 first time visitors, with a high of 49 in attendance!  The age of those coming have been from 3 months to 104 years old.

Perhaps the greatest joy of it all, however, is to see the excitement on the faces of our faithful few when a visitor walks in.  In all honesty, at times it has been like watching the face of a child on Christmas morning.  They anticipate someone new or someone to return each week!  PRAISE THE LORD!
