It is very hurtful when one sees children that grow up in our church, profess the Lord Jesus and follow Him in baptism, and then, as they get in to their teens get into the wrong crowd and begin drinking.  This was the life of Nitin.  He was three years old when his father, mother, brother and sister began attending our church services.  When Nitin became an alcoholic, I confronted him of where his sins were leading him.  Weeping he "said I know, I know."  He called on the Lord to deliver him from the drinking that was destroying his life.  What a joy it is to see a prodigal son return to the Lord Jesus and repent of his sins.  Nitin is now 28 and attends church regular with his wife and two young sons.  Nitin’s drinking is now history because of His Story. 1 John 1:9  “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
