This was the final week of school for our Form 5 students so we had a special assembly for them. After this week, they begin the month and half process of testing for their Cambridge assessments. It’s a fairly rigorous process where they can be tested over anything they have covered in the past three years. We only have six in that class this year so we allowed them all to speak. One boy thanked his teachers and then said, “Mrs. Workman, in your classes you always encourage us to have a personal relationship with God, and personally, I have taken that upon myself.” You could hear the student body gasp and then there was some clapping. It’s very rare for a young man to declare his commitment to the Lord. We are so thankful to have had a part in God’s plan for that young man.
